The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) invites you to a two-day conference in the context of the German Presidency of the European Council:

Moving target digitalisation: re-thinking global exchange in higher education (5-6 October 2020)
The hybrid conference format builds a bridge across the gap between physical and virtual space. We would be honoured to welcome you as one of our remote contributors. Together we would like to discuss the present and future of global exchange in higher education.
DAAD is looking for contributions that engage with, challenge and re-think International Collaboration, Mobility and Knowledge Transfer in the light of digital transformation. Selected papers will be published as part of the Conference Proceedings.

Contributions should address one of the following target areas, reflecting on internationalisation viewed through the lens of digitalisation:
1. Collaboration, Cooperation and Partnerships
2. Mobility and Exchange: Physical – Blended – Virtual
3. Administrating Internationalisation Digitally: Data Ecosystems and Data Sovereignty
4. Attractiveness of HEI in a Global Knowledge Society
5. Knowledge Transfer, ‘Third Mission’ and Open Education
You are invited to pick the format that suits your contribution: video presentation (pre-produced), conference poster, live demo, live panel discussion or workshop. You have further ideas for virtual presentations or interactive formats, such as a PechaKucha or a barcamp session? Feel free to introduce them!

Submission deadline: August 1st 2020
Submission or raise further questions to: [email protected]
Further information is available on our conference webpage.
