A festive celebration of Halloween was held at the faculty of foreign languages organized by the students of the academic group GED-17 together with their teachers.

The students were introduced to the history of the holiday in question to have a better understanding of traditions of English speaking countries.

This year’s Halloween showed a variety of different costumes. Either humorous or traditionally terrifying costumes reflected the fairy creatures, different personalities and spirits. 

The Students put their creativity to prepare spooky stories. It was our kind of trick-or-treating. The storytellers got sweet treats with mysterious fortunetelling. The Students being dressed up in costumes were challenged to deal with hosted contests.

The participants prepared a song in English connected with the theme of the holiday and sang it at the end of the celebration.
