The International Conference on History, Theory and Methodology of Learning (ICHTML) is a peer-reviewed international conference, which covers a wide range of topics related to the history, theory, and methodology of learning. The conference is focused on exploring innovative approaches to learning, as well as examining the theoretical underpinnings of various learning models and methodologies. The conference aims to bring together researchers, educators, and practitioners from different fields who are interested in understanding how people learn, how learning can be facilitated and improved, and how learning practices and theories have evolved over time. The conference provides a platform for sharing research findings, exchanging ideas, and discussing the latest trends and developments in the field of learning. It encourages interdisciplinary collaborations, as well as discussions on the integration of new technologies in the learning process.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (at least 6 pages) including surveys, tutorials, perspective/colloquia articles in conference topics of interest through the https://notso.easyscience.education/ichtml/2023 by July 15, 2023.
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by three reviewers on the basis of technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a fourth, additional reviewer will be involved. The Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference. The result of the reviewing will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any.

- The first option is the "Book chapter" choice, where accepted papers in English will be published in the conference proceedings book by SCITEPRESS – Science and Technology Publications (DOI: 10.5220). This publication will be available in the SCITEPRESS Digital Library.
- The second option is the "Journal article" choice, where accepted papers in English, German, and Ukrainian will be published in the Educational Dimension journal by ACNS – Academy of Cognitive and Natural Sciences (DOI: 10.55056). This publication will be available in Open Access format.

Згідно розпорядження № 01-адн від 14 лютого 2023 року 21 березня 2023 року проведено розширене засідання кафедри інформатики та прикладної математики, на якому ключовим питанням була атестація аспірантів спеціальності "Професійна освіта (Цифрові технології)" про виконання індивідуального плану роботи за перше півріччя 2022-2023 н. р. На засіданні були присутні керівники усіх аспірантів – д. пед. н., проф., ст. дослідник Семеріков Сергій Олексійович, д. пед. н., проф. Лаврентьєва Олена Олександрівна, д. пед. н., проф. Осадча Катерина Петрівна, к. пед. н., доц. Крамаренко Тетяна Григорівна, к. пед. н., доц. Слюсаренко Микола Анатолійович.
Усі аспіранти показали достатній рівень напрацювань для позитивної оцінки їх роботи та отримали цінні рекомендації щодо оптимізації досліджень.
Окремо акцентувалась увага аспірантів на неухильному дотриманні принципів академічної доброчесності.

Actual Problems of Mind publishes papers on the study of topical issues of philosophy. The journal does not have a narrow thematic scope but tries to represent a wide range of development of contemporary philosophical thought in Ukraine and abroad, and it publishes translations of classical and contemporary authors.
The journal was founded in 1995 both as printed (ISSN 2076-7382) and online (ISSN 2522-4786). The journal pursues an open access policy to published content, supporting the principles of free sharing of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge and information for the general social and scientific progress.
Zero fees both for authors and readers are granted by Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University (Ukraine).

Нарешті роботу Національного агентства із забезпечення якості вищої освіти розблоковано, й одна з перших освітніх програм, що буде акредитуватись - це наша ОНП "Професійна освіта (Комп'ютерні технології)". Акредитаційна експертиза відбудеться у віддаленому режимі (з використанням Zoom) у період з 15 по 17 грудня. Із великим задоволенням повідомляю, що акредитація освітньо-наукової програми "Професійна освіта (Комп'ютерні технології)" відбудеться попри будь-які перепони - сьогодні від Секретаріату Національного агентства із забезпечення якості вищої освіти надійшла приємна звістка про те, що в період з 8 по 10 листопада 2021 року буде проведено акредитаційну експертизу у віддаленому (дистанційному) режимі з використанням технічних засобів відеозвʼязку - скоріше за все, в Zoom.
