The Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics was founded in 1992 with the purpose of advanced training of students in the field of modern computer technologies and methods of mathematical calculations using computer technology.

The Department provides Bachelor and Master training in the specialty “Secondary Education (Computer Science)”, additional specialty “Secondary Education (The English Language and Literature)”, specialization “Programming” and Doctors of Philosophy in specialties “Secondary Education (Computer Science)”, “Professional Education (Computer Technology)”. The Department is also in charge of training specialists, whose addition specialty or specialization “Computer Science” ( such as “Secondary Education (Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Labor Studies and Technologies”, “Primary education”).
