Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University trains comprehensively developed competitive specialists of various spheres. This is evidenced by the theme of various events at the university and faculty levels.

     On November 26, 2021, Compartment of Music and Choreography of Faculty of Arts hosted an online event “Musical Journey through the World”. The event was initiated by students, including undergraduates in the second year of study.

     The remote concert had a threefold purpose: to form values regarding respect for the customs and traditions of different world cultures, to develop students’ cognitive interest in the world musical heritage and to promote a deep understanding of the spiritual treasures of world music.

     The event, offered by future graduates, had a game form: it was a trip around the world. The virtual tour acquainted the youth with the history, culture and outstanding artists of the leading European countries. The focus of the event was the art of Ukraine, Italy, France, Russia, Hungary and Spain.

     It is worth noting that the online conference was not only informative. All participants had the opportunity to work with clarity to the musical material, appropriate presentation, software, videos and phonograms.

     The performances of the representatives of the music and choreography department of Faculty of Arts, who performed compositions related to the theme of the event, were presented in a multimedia form.
