The aim of training is to develop research skills among future PhD postgraduates; to advance general, professional and information culture; to construct tool and general scientific competences and worldview; to produce principal understanding about the peculiarities of world and national science organization.
THE THIRD HIGHER EDUCATION QUALIFICATION LEVEL
PhD (doctoral level) is a degree, which is acquired at the Third level of higher education. It contains obtaining theoretical knowledge, skills and other competences, necessary to produce new ideas, solve complex problems in the field of professional and/or research and innovation activity, master the methodology of scientific and pedagogical activities, as well as conduct one’s own scientific research, which should comprise a scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance.

THE CONTENT OF THE EDUCATION PROGRAM IN KSPU
The Education and Science Program includes four parts, which provide obtaining by postgraduates the following competences:
