The experience of international internship is an important part of successful professional development of research and teaching staff. From September 11 to October 17, 2021, the representatives of Ukrainian and World Literature Department with representatives of Tourism and Economics Department of KSPU participated in the international internship program for scientific staff «Фандрейзинг та основи проєктної діяльності в закладах освіти: європейський досвід» (Poland-Ukraine).

 

     Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian and World Literature I.M.Onikienko and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tourism and Economics L.Ye.Bratchenko joined the lectures given by teachers of leading universities and educational institutions of Poland.

     Project activities within the internship included the study of ways to form soft skills as a prerequisite for improving the effectiveness of teamwork.

     The stages of development of team work by Bruce Tuckman were considered; the representatives of KSPU also learned to plan project activities according to Eisenhower matrix and during the practical tasks acquired the skills of assembling the Franklin Pyramid as a complex system of setting and achieving life goals.

     An important stage of the project activity was the development of a stakeholder matrix, the strategy of which includes the following stages: to inform, to communicate, to involve, to work.

     The result of the project activity and the basis of the practical part was the preparation of the overall project budget.

     In particular, L.Ye.Bratchenko and I.M.Onikienko took part in the development of the project “The Creation of a Roadmap for the Introduction of Dual Education in HEI”.

     Upon completion the program, our lecturers received the international certificates with attachments containing detailed information about the educational components and results of the internship.
