At the beginning of spring the educational community of Kryvyi Rih has an opportunity to unite for discussion of topical problems of national pedagogical idea’s development during the annual regional scientific and methodical seminar held by the Department of Pedagogy of KDPU almost for five years .The topics for discussion in previous years were: "Formation of a teacher's image in the conditions of modern educational practice" (2014); "Innovative pedagogical activity as a factor of prevention of teacher’s emotional burnout " (2015); “Modernization of modern education: theoretical and applied aspects "(2016); "Using the latest pedagogical technologies in the conditions of modernization of modern education" (2017)
This year (March 23) the Department of Pedagogy of KDPU held a regular regional seminar "School education in the modern educational space: "The concept of new Ukrainian school".
At the beginning of the seminar, vice-rector on scientific work of KDPU, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor V.A. Gamanyuk spoke.
Head of the Department of Pedagogy, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, T.O. Doronina described the challenges faced by modern pedagogy.
The moderator of the event was associate professor of the Department of Pedagogics Shcherbina S.M., who also congratulated the participants of the seminar, defined its main directions and general rules of work.

Postgraduate students delivered their interim results of scientific research (Gostra K.V., Dubel I.M., Ivchenko V.I., Lanetska Yu.A., Selischeva I.A., Stupak K.E.) and graduate students of the Department of Pedagogy (Drobnitsa I.P., Izmailova K.V., Kravets K. Yu., Mjasoedova T.I., Mikitenko M.V.)
The issues of innovative processes of development of the national education were discussed in the reports-presentations; pedagogical technologies of organization of educational space in general educational institutions; modern approaches to the training of pedagogical specialists in school education. The topic of V.O. Sukhomlynsky’s pedagogical heritage became a separate discussion, because of the anniversary of the outstanding native educator, thinker and Teacher.
The pedagogical community congratulated future educators who also had the opportunity to join the event and prepared a report with the help of experienced members of the department: students of the Faculty of Geography, Tourism and History (Arkhipova A.I, Karaschuk Ye.O., Fedoruk Yu.A., scientific supervisor is candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Bilous O.S.); students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics (Gridina O.O., Datska N.I., Zagorodko P.V., Ruban V.R., Lisunenko A.V., Moshkov I.D., scientific supervisor is candidate of pedagogical sciences Voloshchuk I.A.); student of the Natural Faculty (Gorazova K.A., scientific supervisor is candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Ivanova V.V.).
Materials of the seminar were included in the collection of scientific and methodological works of the Pedagogical Department of KDPU "Pedagogical Kryvorizhya" (No.4; 2018).
