DAAD: information and consultation event for applicants for scholarships for summer courses

DAAD 2021 Digital Learning Journey: World Politics and the EU as a Global Actor
Every year the joint German-Ukrainian master's program "German and European Studies" organizes a study trip of Ukrainian bachelor students to Germany. The study tour is part of the DAAD-funded cooperation project DSG "German and European Studies (DES)", which is conducted jointly by the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) and the University. Friedrich Schiller, Jena (FSU).
The fully funded study tour aims to offer participants a first acquaintance with the German political system and sphere and to obtain detailed information on current German and European political debates.
Since 2020, due to the restrictions on the COVID-19 pandemic, international trade has been partially suspended. Therefore, we offer a series of high-level digital lectures in October / November 2021 for the following target group:
- Ukrainian bachelor students of 3rd and 4th year
- with a very good command of English (knowledge of German will be an advantage)
- are interested in getting acquainted / admission to the master's program of the double diploma of NaUKMA-FSU "German and European Studies (DES)" after graduation.

DAAD: summer courses in German in Germany
The University Summer Courses offered in Germany for Foreign Students and Graduates invite bachelors (who have completed at least two years of study at the time of application) and masters to take courses to improve their German language and knowledge of the country.
The program finances flight, insurance, course attendance and scholarships for participants.
