As part of the academic mobility program, students of Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University successfully completed the online course “International Leadership and Self-Management”, organized by the Netherlands Business Academy (Netherlands). The course was held in an online format from June 10 to July 29, 2025, with a total workload of 25 academic hours.

Professor Jan van Zwieten, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, who personally taught the course for KSPU students, is a world-renowned expert in the development of managerial competencies, mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills. His courses combine theoretical foundations with real managerial challenges faced by modern leaders. Participants had the opportunity to interact with the instructor in real time, work on case studies, discuss practical situations, and develop personal competencies in self-management.

Upon successful completion of the course, motivated participants received official certificates confirming their acquired knowledge and skills.

This example of mobility demonstrates that academic mobility is possible not only through physical travel but also via online participation. KSPU students gain access to high-quality international education, new knowledge, and skills without leaving their country.
KSPU continues to support international integration by providing its students and faculty with opportunities for development, regardless of the participation format. Online learning with partners such as the Netherlands Business Academy opens new horizons for the Ukrainian academic community.
