Kryvyi Rih Pedagogical joined a workshop as part of the Erasmus+ project dedicated to the development of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Ukrainian higher education system.

At the end of July 2024, with the support of NAWA Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej, the International Summer School Liberal Arts Workshop was held at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Poland), which was attended by the First Vice-Rector of KSPU, Associate Professor O. Ostroushko. In total, the event was attended by representatives of 9 higher education institutions of the European Union and 20 Ukrainian universities. The event was preceded by a roundtable organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which discussed the role and place of pedagogical universities in modern society.

The aim of the workshop was to discuss the models and principles of Liberal Arts and Sciences in the educational systems of the European Union, to exchange experience in implementing universal educational programs and individual educational trajectories at universities in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Slovakia.
